and oh my my my...


this tittle on you, it isn't easy, really.
i guess i din't do a good job either.
like very unclear of what to do.
and during service, there's like ALOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION.

i think i could be better than what i performed today.
like seriously.

but on average, i wanna say thank you to all my staffs today.
bartenderS, cashierS, hostessES, captainS, waiterS, runnerS, stewardS.
esp stewards.
i think they are damn poor thing cos they are given limited time to mop the entire level of toptable, including vista.
thank you stewards.
and you guys are very very cooperative, though i'm still quite blur here.

and THANK YOU HEAD WAITRESS! (:

first operation was a stressful one, yet tiring one, YET a fruitful experience on how the entire restuarant works.
and as a leader in a rest, he/she MUST be firm.
an advice to all future head waiter/waitress. (:

I SWEAR TODAY WAS A TOTAL HELL FOR THE PLATES.

a girl carrying 1.1kg plate clamp in between the thumb and little finger,
and had another 1.1kg plate stacked on top of the thumb, little finger and palm,
stood there for 7mins in total, walked 5 rounds of the entire rest.,
with her oh-so-small-hands.

it leaves blister on her little finger and blueblack after the entire session.
this is how bad it is.

(i swear it's worse than lifting weights in the gym,
it could even be MUCH MORE EASIER.)


HOWEVER,

the wine corking, opening (competitions) was a hell loads of fun.
same to the competition we had for service gear.
and the wine pouring skills (took me quite a while to master).

funny thing that happen to me,
(we're supposed to open the wine cork from the wine bottle.)
and a lecturer said towards to the end of the cork,
"just play with the cork and make sure there's no pop sound!"

before that, the same lecturer said while having the first words to us,
"the balls is in your cork(ain't it suppose to be hands?). you want to risk it or not."

i swear ssm are fun, without the heavy part.

school starts at 4pm today.
and i got nothing to do now.
so let me blog about ytd's SSM.

you all should know how nervous i was before that.
but after attending the lesson, IT WAS TOTALLY ENJOYABLE,
except the fact that it's very tiring.

ALL THE LECTURERS ARE VERY FUNNY!
they're all kind soul afterall.

though Mr. Goh was really fierce to us in the first hour,
after the scolding part, he's very nice.

i swear i wouldn't want to be late for any ssm classes.
carrying of bottles and oval tray was kinda fun too! (:
i'm looking forward to more ssm class.

on the other side, I SWEAR A LOSER YTD!
all my friends don't know go where and i'm left alone with no one to have dinner with.
so i ended up taking away food and back home to eat!

the start of school wasn't a great one for me, cos it's freaking boring.
except the fact that, i still got my ALWAYS-SO-CRAPPING-PARTNER-SINCE-YEAR1 to crap with me, when i'm so freaking bored in lecture

we kept ourselves entertained in lectures by disturbing at whatever or whoever that we could!
she's the utmost lame person thou.
